Refund Guidelines
When a fee is paid to ASG Certifications, it is initially retained in a client-specific account. Fees are earned progressively based on the completion of various service milestones such as document processing, application filings, consultant assignments, etc.
- Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered or for time and effort already invested by our team.
- Processing fees, payment gateway charges, administrative costs, and resource hours utilized will be deducted from any refund amount.
- Payments made to government departments (e.g., statutory filing fees, taxes) or third-party vendors involved in your service are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- The maximum refund liability of ASG Certifications is limited to the amount paid directly to ASG.
How to Request a Refund

- Requests must be made within 6 days of purchase.
- A refund request must include the reason, service details, and bank account details.
- Refund processing takes 15 to 25 business days from the date of receiving all required information.
