Use of Logos and Certification Marks Companies certified by ASG management system are permitted to use the ASG certification logo under the following conditions
(A) Appropriate Usage Context
- The ASG logo may be used on official company materials such as letterheads, brochures, and corporate literature.
- However, this is only permitted when it specifically relates to the certification granted by ASG.
- In cases where only certain departments, subsidiaries, or locations are certified—not the entire organization—clients must clearly reflect that in their materials to avoid misrepresentation.
(B) Prohibited Use Cases
- The ASG logo must not be used on products, packaging, test reports, inspection reports, or any document that might suggest the product itself has been certified.
- It should also not be used in a way that implies product or process conformity.
(C) Process & System Representation
The certification mark may be used to indicate that products were manufactured under a certified management system—but not that the products themselves are certified.
(D) Reproduction Guidelines
- The ASG logo can be reproduced in any single color of the client’s choosing.
- Ideally, the color should match existing branding or printed materials.
(E) Statement on Product Packaging
Clients may include a clear statement on product packaging materials such as:
- Brand name or identity
- Type of management system certified (e.g., ISO 9001)
- The name of ASG as the certification provider
Note: The statement must not imply that the product, process, or service is certified.
Misuse & Legal Liability
- Any misuse of the ASG logo may result in corrective actions, suspension or withdrawal of certification, public disclosure of the violation, and legal action where applicable.
- Logos displayed on ASG platforms and certificates are for informational use only.
- Unauthorized usage by third parties is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.
By engaging with ASG’s services or viewing its marketing materials, you acknowledge that logo presence does not imply any endorsement or affiliation unless specifically stated.

Discontinuation of Logo Usage
Certified clients must immediately cease use of the ASG logo and/or any applicable marks if:
- Certification lapses, is suspended, or withdrawn
- There are unapproved changes to the management system that may affect certification validity
- Required updates or corrections to the system have not been implemented
- The organization fails to meet standard requirements or follow issued guidelines
- Any other circumstance as defined by ASG’s agreement that affects certification integrity
